HE Early Years

Our Higher Education provision focuses on transforming lives for the better and making a real difference, ensuring it remains an accessible offer that is community focused and supports local aspirations.

Through our higher education pathways we provide opportunities for students to develop the skills, techniques and personal attributes essential for successful working lives within these sectors. We are keen to offer students the chance to fulfil their potential of career progression in their chosen field, with particular emphasis on achieving management-level positions, professional recognition and beyond.

Within the department of Health, Children, Early Years and Care we provide opportunities for students to enter or progress in employment in the healthcare, social care, early years, childhood and youth sectors, or to progress to further higher education qualifications such as Honours Degrees, Masters Degrees and teaching qualifications.

As a strategic partner with Sheffield Hallam University (SHU), our courses are of the highest standard to meet rigorous requirements. Our graduates obtain employer focused qualifications from a world-class university when studying through the University Centre Stockport College.
