Library

The Library is at the heart of the campus, providing a vibrant and positive learning environment for all our students.

Our Library provides space to work, a well-managed service, quality resources and friendly, professional support for learning outside the classroom.

Virtual Learning

The College appreciates that this is a difficult and confusing time, but its priority remains the health, safety and wellbeing of its students and staff. To support the ongoing education of our students we have produced a number of frequently asked questions in relation to library services available during this period of virtual learning.

Click here for all information and Frequently Asked Questions.

Library services will be providing Help Desk support Monday - Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

  • A wide range of learning materials, including books, journals and e-books.
  • Printing and photocopying facilities
  • Our extensive IT facilities all offer internet access and Microsoft packages. There are laptops and tablets which can be borrowed and used in Library+. We also have specialist packages for you to use, including PaintShop Pro, Visual Basic and Photoshop.
  • All our materials are held on our computerised catalogue which can be accessed 24/7. You can also reserve items and renew your loans online.
  • There are a range of study spaces to suit everyone – so if you need to discuss your work or work quietly on your own, Library+ has somewhere for you.
  • We also provide information skills sessions to help you understand how to use our resources and to develop your independent study skills.
  • We know how difficult it can be studying in a new college, so we provide an induction which introduces you to our systems and facilities.
