CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate Course Sheet

The Level 3 Advanced certificate is designed for those who are within an operational role and will provide the knowledge, skills and understanding in order to carry out procurement and supply tasks.

The learner will develop the knowledge to understand demand management, arrange supply logistics and implement new contracts

Five units:

  • Procurement and supply environments
  • Procurement and supply operations
  • Procurement and supply workflow
  • Inventory and logistics operations
  • Procurement and supply relationships

This qualification is designed for those working within the following typical job titles; Administrator, Assistant buyer, Assistant contract officer, Contract analyst, Stock / inventory controller / planner. There are no age restrictions in relation to this qualification.

CIPS Level 4 Professional Diploma Course Sheet

Based at the same level as a first year of an undergraduate degree course, you will be equipped with essential knowledge and tools that you can apply immediately in your workplace.

  • Learn about the core principles, concepts and practical applications when procuring goods or services
  • Gain essential knowledge and practical skills in contracting, negotiation, supplier relationships, ethics and asset management
  • Understand how procurement fits within the rest of your organisation and how it can help to shape key future business decisions

CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma Course Sheet

Building on the practical knowledge and understanding gained at the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.

  • Processing and evaluating contracts
  • Understanding the impact of legal implications when contracts are breached
