This qualification is for those who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in order to understand and undertake effective mentoring in a range of situations, such as an organisation, the voluntary sector, community groups, etc.

The units in these qualifications cover a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding. These include units that focus on communication, working with people, and providing direction via effective mentoring and support.
This qualification will provide progression opportunities to other qualifications such as:
1. ILM Level 3 Award or Certificate in Effective Coaching
2. ILM Level 3 Award or Certificate in Effective Mentoring
3. ILM Level 3 Award or Certificate in Leadership & Management
Assessment will be through a range of methods including written reports and carrying out interviews.
The Tuition fee for this course is £50.00 You may be eligible for a full fee remission if you are in receipt of certain benefits or earning less than £20,888 per annum (if residing within Greater Manchester)
