BA (Hons) Contemporary Creative Practice (Top up)

This degree is a 1 year top up qualification at Level 6. Whilst applications are considered on an individual basis, offers are usually based on a requirement to have an:

FdA or HND qualification in Art and Design, Graphics or Illustration graded at PASS or above.

Applicants must have the equivalent of grade C/4 in GCSE Mathematics and GCSE English.

Programme Specific Academic and Other Entry Requirements

The selection process will involve an interview. TEAMS/telephone interviews are available for any applicants who are not able to attend interview on-site. Care will be taken to ensure that all applicants have an equitable experience, regardless of mode of interview.

Applicants will also be asked to present a portfolio of their Level 4 and 5 work and bring evidence of their entry qualifications.

Applicants will be considered for a place on the programme based on interview, portfolio and contributing qualification grade.

Accreditation of Prior Learning

An applicant who does not possess one of the qualifications which satisfies the General Academic Entry Requirement may be considered through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) (both Certified Prior Learning and/or one Prior Experiential Learning).
