This short course will help learners to identify qualities and skills that employers look for.
Sessions will focus on several areas and by the end of the course learners will be able to:
* Understand how to recognise their own qualities and skills that can be transferred into a working environment.
* Understand how to develop transferable skills and identify the skills and qualities employers are looking for. ?

Learners may wish to study another short course from our pre-employment programme.
Learners will need to complete a course workbook to achieve the ETA Level 1 Award in Transferable Skills and Qualities qualification.
