Course Overview

This short course will help you to discover what triggers your emotions and what limitys your self-belief.

Working with an experienced tutor, within a very supportive environment, you will explore how to build your self esteem, remain positive and prepare for stressful situations. The course will help you to improve your personal wellbeing and learn how to set personal goals and make appropriate choices.

Due to current guidelines governing social distancing, courses may need to be delivered via a combination of online tutorials and classroom based activities.
