AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping

This AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Foundation course is an entry-level accounting qualification, ideal for anyone who is seeking an introduction to basic accounting principles and skills. This flexible course is delivered in partnership with Mindful Education and combines online learning with face-to-face lessons in the classroom.

AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate In Bookkeeping Online And On Campus

AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping

The Advanced Diploma in Accounting qualification is at level 3 - equivalent to Alevels - and will equip apprentices with skills that can be directly applied in their roles. This qualification will prepare apprentices for junior and entry-level accounting roles. It delivers a solid foundation in finance administration, covering areas such as double entry bookkeeping and basic costing principles. Learners will then move on to mastering more complex accounting disciplines including financial processes, advanced bookkeeping, final accounts and ethical practices for accountants. 

Please note: classroom attendance is weekly and dates will be confirmed shortly.  The duration of the course will be 26 weeks.

AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting

This AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) advanced level course is a mid-level accounting qualification, ideal for anyone who is looking to advance their existing knowledge of accounting.

This qualification covers a range of complex accounting tasks. You will learn and master financial processes, including accounting principles and concepts, advanced bookkeeping, final accounts, VAT issues in business, management accounting costing techniques and ethical practices for accountants. You will also gain software skills through spreadsheet training for accounting.

CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3

The Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management. Staff learn on the job, applying new skills to their existing role. The apprenticeship is suitable for those who are, or wish to become, team leaders and/or supervisors. This includes individuals who are at the start of their career that wish to become team leaders/ supervisors as well as those aspiring or existing managers who may already have developed practical experience but who wish to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills further.

CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Level 5

The Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management. Staff learn on the job, applying new skills to their existing role. It is ideal for those who are, or who wish to become, Operational/Departmental Managers, or existing managers who have practical management skills, but wish to develop their theoretical understanding further.

The apprenticeship covers a wide range of business management skills and
knowledge, including organisational performance, interpersonal skills and personal
effectiveness.
